At Re-finery SLC we are always looking for high quality contemporary, classic  and unique clothing, shoes, accessories, linens and textiles. 

We Love designers like: Marni, Jil Sander, Mui Mui, and Escada but will also accept brands like Frye, All Saints and  Madewell as well as handmade-one of a kind items. Levi’s 501s and vintage Wranglers have a welcome home with us too!

Unfortunately there are some brands that we do not take, it has been our experience that these brands simply do not resell very well:

All big box store brands (Target, Kohl’s, Walmart etc.) as well as: Chico, Christopher & Banks, Apt. 9, Worthington, St. John’s Bay, Croft & Barrow, George, and others, please give us a call with any questions about this.

 

Here are our Requirements and details:
We accept men's and women's clothing, accessories and shoes, as well as fine linens.
All items must be in excellent condition, freshly cleaned, pressed (if applicable) and free
from all pet hair.
We will choose what item(s) to sell and set the price based on supply and demand, current
inventory, style, condition and season. Items not selected for our store will be held for pick-up for 14 days from drop off. If not retrieved by the consignor during that time they will be donated. 

Once your item(s) sell you will receive 50% of the selling price.

Once your item(s) sell you may retrieve payment at any time. Funds may also be used as store
credit.
Re-finery SLC will market your items for 90 calendar days. After 30 days the price may be reduced by
25%, after 60 days the price may be further reduced by an additional 25% (50% of the original price).
If, in the event your items have not sold during the 90 day marketing period, you (the consignor)
will have 2 weeks to collect your items. After that time, they will be considered abandoned and
will become property of Re-finery SLC, who may sell, donate or otherwise dispose of them.

We will care for your items and do everything in our power to safe guard them, however, we
cannot be responsible for loss or damage. We (Re-finery SLC) have no insurable interest in the
consigned items. Consignor retains insurable interest and may at their discretion, fully insure
said items against loss, damage, destruction, or deduction in value for any reason while in
Re-finery SLC’s possession.
